The link below will provide you with instructions on installing the arm clutch.

All Safari helicopters equipped with a Safari governor, which includes a stepper motor, must install a clutch mechanism onto the governor control arm.
We have previously advised that the opening in the stepper motor case must be sealed against external moisture, but we are finding that the stepper motor may corrode inside the box in spite of efforts to seal it. In that case, it may cause the motor to lock up, creating a potentially catastrophic hazard.
We have the clutch mechanisms on order, along with the modified bell crank arm. We will have these in stock shortly, but Safari owners need to act now to prevent possible incidents.
Until you receive and install the new clutch mechanism, you can either cease flying your helicopter or disconnect and secure the governor arm control rod and operate the helicopter without use of the governor.
